Return Policy: We offer a 7-day change of mind return policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the product in brand new condition.
Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued if the product is faulty. If needed, a return label will be generated. Please record a video when opening the box to provide evidence.
